Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of goblox.gg ("GOBLOX," "we," "us," or "our") and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
goblox.gg is an independent store that sells virtual items, in-game currency and accounts for Roblox games. GOBLOX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of any game we sell items for. All game names and trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Who Can Order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You must give accurate information when you order, including your email address and Roblox username.
3. Orders, Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is displayed. Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
We can cancel an order and give you a full refund if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed by mistake, or if we suspect fraud.
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
All orders are delivered digitally, usually within 5 to 20 minutes. Full details, including busy periods and agreed delivery times, are in our Delivery Policy.
5. Virtual Items
Virtual items and in-game currency have no cash value outside the game and cannot be exchanged back for money, except as described in our Refund Policy.
Game developers can change, rebalance, remove or reset items, and can take action on player accounts. We are not responsible for changes or actions taken by game developers or Roblox after your order was delivered.
Once items are delivered, keeping them safe is your responsibility. We are not responsible for items you trade away or lose to scams after delivery.
6. Purchased Accounts
Check a purchased account and report any problem in Live Chat before you change its details, play on it or spend its currency.
After delivery, you are responsible for securing the account, for example by changing its password and email.
7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please contact us in Live Chat before opening a payment dispute. If a chargeback is opened for an order that was delivered, we may take back the delivered items and refuse future orders.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use goblox.gg for fraud, to use stolen payment methods, to impersonate our staff, or to disrupt the website. We can refuse service or cancel orders that break these rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost game progress or lost profits.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
