Shipping policy

GOBLOX sells virtual items, in-game currency and accounts for Roblox games. Everything is delivered digitally, so nothing is shipped to your address and there are no shipping fees.

Delivery times ⏱️

• Usual delivery: most orders are delivered within 5 to 20 minutes after you contact Live Chat and are ready in the game ⚡
• Busy periods or technical issues: when we're very busy, or the game has server problems, delivery can take up to 24 hours. We keep you updated in Live Chat 💬
• Agreed delivery times: for special requests, items we need to source for you, or any order where our agent told you a different delivery time and you agreed to it, that agreed time applies instead 🤝

How delivery works 🎮

1. Place your order on goblox.gg.
2. Open Live Chat (bottom right of goblox.gg) and ask for an agent. You don't need your order number for delivery: the agent finds your order and asks for your Roblox username 💬
3. Meet the agent in the game. Depending on the game, the agent sends you a server link to join, or adds you as a friend (or gives you their username to add) if the link doesn't work for you or you play on console. In games with mail trading, like Grow a Garden 2, the items are sent to your username by in-game mail instead. Mail can take a few minutes to show up.
4. Accept the trade. The agent sends you a trade request, or asks you to send one, and adds your items. If the trade is cancelled, send it again. If something is missing, send a screenshot in Live Chat ✅
5. Accounts: login details for bought accounts are sent to you in Live Chat 📧

Each game has its own delivery account. Only accept requests from the account our agent names in Live Chat. We only ever need your Roblox username and will never ask for your Roblox password 🔒

Game trading requirements 🎯

Some games only allow trading after a certain point. Please check before you order:

• Blox Fruits: trading needs level 700. Permanent fruits are gifted, and gifts need no level.
• Adopt Me: trading Ultra-Rare and Legendary pets needs a Trade License (a free safety test at the Safety Hub in the game).
• Fisch: trading unlocks at level 15.

Games can change these rules with updates. If you're not sure, ask in Live Chat before you order.

Sending to a friend 🤝

You can have your order delivered to a friend's Roblox username, as long as you are in touch with them during delivery. You, the buyer, confirm their exact username in Live Chat before delivery, and your friend must be online and ready to accept. Once the items are delivered to the username you confirmed, the order counts as delivered.

What we need from you 🙋

• Correct username: items delivered to a wrong username you gave us can't be refunded (see our Refund Policy).
• Be reachable: please stay in Live Chat and in the game while we deliver. If we can't reach you, the delivery time pauses until you reply.

Delivery Insurance 🛡️

If you added Delivery Insurance to your order and your items do not arrive within 12 hours, you get all your money back, including the insurance fee. This does not apply when the delay was caused by a wrong username, by us being unable to reach you, by a game trading requirement you didn't meet, or when you agreed to a longer delivery time with our agent.

Late or missing delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, open Live Chat with your order number and our team will deliver it or refund you in line with our Refund Policy.
