Refund policy

This policy explains refunds and returns on goblox.gg for virtual items, in-game currency and accounts.

✅ Need help or a refund?

All refund requests are handled by real people in our Live Chat. No hidden forms or ticket buttons: open the chat (bottom right of goblox.gg), send your order number and tell us what went wrong.

Eligible for a refund ✅

Your order can get a full refund or a replacement if:

• Delivery Insurance: you added Delivery Insurance and your items did not arrive within 12 hours. You get all your money back, including the insurance fee 🛡️
• Out of stock: the item is out of stock and we can't deliver your order within 24 hours ⏱️
• Problem on our side: a technical problem on our side stopped your delivery from completing 🛠️
• Partial delivery: you didn't receive the full amount of items or currency you paid for 📦
• Broken account details: an account you bought has invalid login details or isn't full access (as long as you haven't changed anything on it) 📧

Not eligible for a refund ❌

Your order can't be refunded if:

• Wrong username: you gave us the wrong Roblox username and the items were delivered to that account ✉️
• Delivered to a friend: you asked us to deliver to someone else's username and the items were delivered to the username you confirmed 🤝
• Changed your mind: you decided you don't want the items after they were delivered ❗
• In-game action later on: your account is banned, wiped or reset by the game's developers after a completed delivery 🚫
• Traded away: you gave your items to someone else, a fake account or an impersonator after receiving them 🔄
• Altered accounts: you played on, changed details on or spent currency on a bought account before reporting a problem 🔑

How to get your refund 📝

1. Open Live Chat: click the chat bubble at the bottom right of goblox.gg 💬
2. Share the details: send your order number and explain what went wrong 📋
3. Send proof: share a screenshot or video of your in-game trade window or inventory 📸
4. Get it sorted: our team checks your delivery and arranges your replacement or refund.

Refund timelines ⏱️

• Store balance: added to your GOBLOX balance right away, so you can pick something else 💰
• Original payment method: started by our agent as soon as your refund is approved. It usually takes 3 to 7 business days to show on your card or Apple Pay, depending on your bank 💳
