How do I get help with an order?
Open Claim Order, enter the order number and the same email used at checkout, then submit the request.

Where is payment completed?
Payment is completed through Shopify Checkout. The GoBlox theme does not see or store your card number.
Will GoBlox ask for my Roblox password?
No. Never send passwords, cookies, two-factor codes, or recovery codes.
Why might an item need my Roblox username?
Some delivery methods use a public username or user ID. The product card must explain this before checkout.
